The pop tab by itself does not mean much, however, when collected, pop tabs add up to become a valuable donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern NC! You can help us “pull together” by collecting the tabs you pull to open soda, soup, and other cans.
Donate by bringing in the pop tabs or recycling them and donating the proceeds!
1 lb. = 1,000 can tabs
1000 lbs. = 1 million tabs
1 ton = 2 million tabs
Gallon milk jug = 3 lbs.
1/2 gallon jug = 1.5 lbs.
2 liter bottle = 1.75 lbs.
1 copy paper box = 24 lbs.
Sandwich sized Ziploc bag = .5 lbs.
Gallon sized Ziploc bag = 2.5 lbs.
32 gallon trash can = 80 lbs.
We accept pop tab donations 7 days a week from 8 am – 8 pm!
